You know all those ads you see on TV with the big juicy burgers and similiar commercials? And of course, when you go buy them, they don’t look anywhere near as big and meaty as in those ads. Can someone actually sue those restaurants for misleading the consumer? Or can businesses advertise as they see fit?
Unfortunately there is alot of abuse that goes unpunished in advertising.
